Open Apple Card in Wallet

Open the Wallet app on your iPhone and tap on your Apple Card. Then tap the "..." (more) button in the top right corner.

Pro tip: Make sure your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS for the best experience.

Export transactions as CSV

Tap "Export Transactions", select your date range (specific month or custom range), then choose CSV format. Share via AirDrop, email, or save to Files.

Pro tip: Use AirDrop to quickly send to your Mac, or save to iCloud Drive to access from any device.

Upload to Budget Analyzer

Once you have the CSV file on your computer, drag and drop it into Budget Analyzer or click the upload button to select it.

Good to Know
  • Apple Card CSV exports include merchant name, category, amount, and date for each transaction.
  • Transactions are exported in a clean format that Budget Analyzer can automatically recognize.
  • Make sure to select CSV format when exporting for best compatibility.
  • Daily Cash rewards are included as separate line items in the export.
  • If you use Apple Card Family, each family member's transactions are included in your export.
