Download Your Wells Fargo Statement

Follow these 3 simple steps to download your statement

Log in and select your account

Go to wellsfargo.com, click "Sign On" to access your account, then select the checking, savings, or credit card account you want to download from the Account Summary page.

Pro tip: Enable browser cookies if you have trouble signing in.

Download transactions as CSV

Navigate to "Activity" or "See all activity", set your date range using the filter, then click the download icon and select "Comma Separated" (CSV) format. You can download up to 18 months at once.

Pro tip: Choose "Comma Separated" format — avoid Quicken (QFX) or Microsoft Money (OFX) formats as those are not supported.

Upload to Budget Analyzer

Drag and drop your downloaded CSV file into Budget Analyzer, or click the upload button to select it from your computer.

Good to Know
  • Wells Fargo CSV downloads include date, description, and amount for each transaction.
  • Deposits appear as positive amounts and withdrawals as negative amounts in the downloaded file.
  • Pending transactions may not appear in downloads until they are posted.
  • If you have business accounts, they may need to be downloaded from a separate business banking portal.
  • You can download transactions going back up to 18 months from the current date.
