Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these 3 simple steps to download your statement

Log in and select your account

Visit chase.com, sign in to your account, then click on the checking, savings, or credit card you want to download from your accounts overview.

Pro tip: The Chase mobile app also offers the same download features if you prefer.

Download transactions as CSV

Click "See activity", set your date range, then click the download arrow icon and select CSV format. Chase allows up to 90 days of transactions per download.

Pro tip: For transactions older than 90 days, check "Statements & Documents" instead.

Upload to Budget Analyzer

Drag and drop your downloaded CSV file into Budget Analyzer, or click the upload button to select it from your computer.

Good to Know
  • Budget Analyzer supports both Chase credit card and checking/savings CSV formats automatically.
  • Chase credit card CSVs include transaction date, post date, description, category, and amount.
  • Chase checking CSVs include posting date, description, amount, type, and balance.
  • Business accounts may have different download options available.
  • For transactions older than 90 days, you may need to download from Statements & Documents instead.
  • Chase Sapphire, Freedom, and other Chase cards all use the same download process.
