Download as CSV
Look for a "Download" link near the top of the transactions list. Select "CSV" as the file format and click download. The file will include columns for Status, Date, Description, Debit, and Credit.
Pro tip: Debit and Credit amounts are in separate columns. Budget Analyzer handles this automatically.

Upload to Budget Analyzer
Drag and drop your downloaded CSV file into Budget Analyzer, or click the upload button to select it. Your transactions will be automatically categorized.
Good to Know
- Citi CSV files have separate Debit and Credit columns -- Budget Analyzer handles both automatically.
- Payment transactions (autopay, payment, thank you) are automatically excluded from spending analysis.
- The "Status" column is used to identify pending vs cleared transactions.
- Citi Double Cash, Custom Cash, Premier, and other Citi cards all use the same CSV format.
- For statement PDFs, you will need to export to CSV first -- PDF statements are not currently supported for Citi.
