Log in and select your account

Visit bankofamerica.com, sign in with your Online ID and Passcode, then click on the checking, savings, or credit card account you want to download from the Accounts Overview page.

Pro tip: Have your two-factor authentication method (text, email, or app) ready.

Download transactions as CSV

Go to your account activity, set your desired date range, click the "Download" button, and select CSV format. You can download up to 18 months of transactions at once.

Pro tip: Look for the download icon near the date range selector at the top of your transaction list.

Good to Know
  • Bank of America allows you to download up to 18 months of transactions in CSV format at once.
  • If you have multiple accounts, you'll need to download statements from each account separately.
  • Transaction downloads may have a slight delay for pending transactions.
